With Pilates you can expect an increase in flexibility, mobility, balance and body awareness, as well as a decrease in back pain or other general pains. Our Pilates classes are designed to help participants develop leaner, longer-looking muscles, establish core strength and stability, and heighten mind-body awareness. Pilates helps tone muscles and provides an invigorating total-body workout. This class consists of exercises that restore postural alignment, create a stronger more flexible spine, increases range of motion and boosts energy through stretching.
