🔶What are the benefits of Rob’s Bootcamp?
The combination of a team atmosphere, intense full-body cardiovascular and strength workouts and fitness education make Rob’s Boot Camp very effective at reducing excess body weight, improving cardiovascular endurance, increasing lean muscle mass and improving overall coordination and balance.
🔶How many calories would you burn in Rob’s Bootcamp?
You’re moving constantly, at a rapid motion (yet controlled), which burns major calories and you can usually expect to burn between 300 to 400 calories during a 30 min session. By doing high intensity intervals of strength training, mixed with bursts of cardio, gives you a total body workout and torches fat.
🔶Why is Rob’s Bootcamp only 30 mins?
Coach Rob’s unique approach to Program Design and Varied Intensity is what makes his 30 min bootcamp session highly effective. One can workout harder and with more FOCUSED intensity for a shorter duration than one could for a longer duration. Once the dynamic warm-up is complete and the workout is explained, it’s literally 25-27 mins of heart pumping, sweating pouring FUN. Just when you think you can’t perform another rep, Coach Rob’s yells “DONE” and then its over.
🔶What if I’m new to fitness and/or have physical limitations, is Rob’s Bootcamp good for me?
Coach Rob designs every workout so that each exercise can be scaled up (made more challenging) or scaled down (made easier). Coach Rob makes a point to get to know every single camper so that he can make those necessary modifications. You will see all ages and fitness levels in Rob’s Bootcamp and everyone crushes it per their unique fitness level and ability. Coach Rob is always on the move! He works the entire room ensuring that every camper is bringing their best and working with the best form possible.
