This is a fun, high energy, cardio class with intervals of cycling, sculpting, and power movements. This class mixes your typical cycling class with weighted sculpting movements. You’ll experience a boot camp style class focusing on high intensity interval training (HIIT). This is a fat blasting, calorie burning class! All experience levels are welcome!
