Our traditional Vinyasa yoga classes integrate strong fluid movements with energizing breathing practices. Instructors help to improve posture, increase flexibility, and reduce stress all at the same time. This class focuses on flowing from one posture to another while developing strength and flexibility. Our yoga class are designed for all levels of experience and our instructors have been trained to modify exercises and class to fit the needs of our members!
