Andrea Adam is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and currently studies fitness nutrition and entrepreneurship. The inspiration for getting her certification came from her own weight loss journey in 2012, her love for playing sports her whole life and her many years of coaching ASA softball. Learning to lift weights allowed her to realize the excitement of strengthening oneself and she hopes to pass that along to all her clients. She aims to be adaptable with her programming to help find the types of exercise and lifestyle changes that are exciting, fun, manageable, and shape a path to achieve goals.
